Step One: Preheat & Prepare the Toast

Preheat your oven according to the package instructions for New York Bakery® Gluten Free Garlic Texas Toast. Arrange the frozen slices in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Step Two: Bake the Texas Toast

Bake for the recommended time (typically 8–10 minutes), or until the toast is heated through and golden brown around the edges. For extra crispiness, bake slightly longer, keeping a close eye to prevent over-browning. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.

Step Three: Prepare the Romaine

Rinse and thoroughly dry the romaine lettuce. Stack the leaves and slice crosswise into thin ribbons for a classic Caesar-style cut. Place the chopped romaine in a large mixing bowl.

Step Four: Dress the Salad
